By completing payment you are confirming that you have read, understood and are agreeing to the terms & conditions and cancellation policies outlined below.

Between: You (The Member) and Evolve Combat Academy Ltd.

Program: Evolve Combat Academy Membership

1.0 General

1.1 All memberships must be paid for in advance. Memberships will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

1.2 I understand there are inherent risks in participating in a programme of strenuous exercise. If I sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in the programme, I acknowledge that Evolve Combat Academy Ltd. and the coach taking the session are not responsible, except where the injury was caused by gross negligence or by an intentional act of the coach.

1.3 I will adhere to all instructions given to me by all Evolve Staff.

1.4 I understand my progress is also dependent upon my effort, cooperation, consistency and adherence to the program both inside and outside of the training session’s themselves

2.0 Evolve Combat Academy Contract Duration and Automatic Renew

2.1a I understand that by completing payment and signing this contract I commit myself to a minimum term of 6 months.

2.1b I understand that this contract is in force for 6 months from the contract start date.

2.1c I understand that once I go past the minimum term set out in my agreement (see 2.1a) I will enter a rolling monthly agreement, by where request for cancellation MUST be received at least 30 days in advance of your next billing date

3.1 The Member agrees to pay monthly recurring fees as follows:

£59.00 for every months membership at Evolve Combat Academy Ltd.’s gym via recurring card payment through the Stripe payment system.

** PLEASE BE AWARE **

This membership allows attendance to unlimited group coaching sessions per week at Evolve Combat Academy Ltd., unused sessions DO NOT carry over from week to week or billing period to billing period.

** IMPORTANT – READ IT! **

3.2 I agree to purchase a recurring membership at Evolve Combat Academy Ltd. as an automatic charge to my credit/debit card (or via direct debit) every month for a contract period of 6 months, which automatically enters into a rolling monthly contract unless cancelled by either myself (The Member) or Evolve Combat Academy Ltd. with notification of 30 days in advance of the last contracted billing date.

3.3 I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit/debit card/bank account detailed when signing up to this contract via Stripe.

3.4 I understand that my service will be deactivated if my account becomes more than 30 calendar days late.

4.0 CANCELLATIONS (PLEASE GOD READ THIS PART)

4.1 Request for cancellation MUST be received at least 30 days in advance of your last contracted billing date when still in the initial 6 month contract

4.2 Once entered into a rolling contract request for cancellation MUST be received at least 30 days in advance of your next billing date (example: if you are scheduled to be charged October 14th and you want to cancel for the month of October onwards, you must submit a cancellation notice to Steel Habitat Strength & Conditioning Ltd. by September 14th.)

4.3 Request to cancel membership prior to the expiration of any specified commitment period (6 months) requires an early termination fee equal to 50% of the remainder your contract – a 30 day notice period still applies in this instance, so choose your contract option appropriately.

4.4 Memberships that are paid in full/upfront on non-refundable.

SO, PLEASE…

Don’t be dick, be respectful and honour this part of the contract that you have selected and agreed to. We have bills and staff members to pay too.

We keep our word on everything we promise to deliver here at Evolve so we expect you to hold up your end of the bargain by honouring this cancellation policy and the terms of this contract that you have selected.

4.5 These terms are NOT flexible so if you don’t intend to adhere to these terms then please DO NOT sign up.

With that being said…

4.5 I understand that I must give a minimum of 30 days notice in advance of my last contracted/ next billing date (whichever appropriate) to request cancellation of this contract.

4.6 I understand that ​cancellation of a contract before any specified commitment period (6 months) requires an early termination fee equal to 50% of the remainder the contract.

4.7 I understand that by completing payment and taking up membership at Evolve Combat Academy Ltd. via Stripe payment system (or any other agreed method of payment) I am agreeing to the terms outlined above.
