Couldn't recommend evolve enough! Tried a couple of gyms before evolve and non of them come close. All the coaches and everyone in the class were welcoming and couldn't try harder to help people improve and get what they want to out of each class which could be one of the many different striking/grappling arts they do. Just gutted I didn't start here sooner!

Making the decision to come and train here has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. Taking the plunge to join a martial arts gym can be daunting but I couldn't recommend it more. Coaches are brilliant and every single person at the gym is friendly and wants to help each other get better. Only regret I've got is not doing it years ago. My daughter also comes to the kids class and loves it and it's brought her on loads.

One of the best gyms i’ve ever attended, the sense of community is unbeatable within this gym. The knowledge and passion not just among the coaches Chris and Dave, but among the students is beyond any other gym in liverpool. An example of how a BJJ gym should be run in my own opinion.
Now running my own classes in the Isle of Sky, and take my inspiration from Chris and Dave in how they runs their lessons, great teachers.
